Personal Injury

Typically, physical injuries are coupled with emotional and financial injuries.  Also typical is insurance companies providing settlement offers that only include compensation to cover immediate medical costs associated with the personal injury.

We work closely with our clients, allowing them to focus on recovering while we work in a proactive manner to seek optimal compensation for personal injury cases.

Wills

Regardless of what stage of life you are in, it is important for you to have the proper legal documents in place should something happen to you.  These documents could become critical when dealing with how to handle medical care for you, how to handle your financial matters and how to care for your children, should you no longer be able to.

We understand that planning wills & trusts can be a sensitive matter for many, and we work closely with our clients to prepare such legal documents in a very comfortable and confidential manner.
